This website honors the enduring legacy of the Joe Noyes Crew who flew combat missions with the 95th Bomb Group (H), Eighth Air Force, during World War II. On September 15, 1943, their B-17 Flying Fortress vanished while returning from a bombing raid over Paris. To this day, nine heroes remain Missing in Action. Only one man, the pilot, Joe Noyes, was recovered and brought home. His story, and theirs, live on through this tribute.
